WTB Mithril Scissors and Weaving Awl with either T4 or T5 Techs

Are there any Blacksmiths on Chaos that can make me a Mithril Scissors with Spinning IV or V, Dexterity IV or V and a Socket............and a Mithril Weaving Awl with Weaving IV or V and Dexterity IV or V and a Socket?

I need to know who can make with what tier techsso I don't spend an INSANE amount of cash buying drops from the vielo for a tech no one has lol.

I believe IraUber made me my awl with Weaving 5. No idea if they have Dex 5 as well but at least you get the one that counts.
