I take orders for tailor armors and containers. I have all experts tailor forms and some tier IV and V techs and dyes.
V:armor, speed, flame, spirit, mind, nature, unarmed, quarrying, enchanting
IV: unarmed
Dyes: Blood, Radiant, Jasper, Moonlight, Obsidian, Garnetand Turqouse
I am expanding the collection continually (or rather my guildies are [:P])
I have all dyes and techs (adventure/craft) in tier III.
Please consult the chart and link below before ordering as my experience is that ingame orders without preperation take waytoo long - both for costumer and crafter. I will happily answer any questions you might have on this thread.
I also do metal armors - currently up to and including double teched and dyed tier IV. I'm counting on being able to make expert armors within a few days and as I get more and more expert armorer forms. Capes are included in the price for metal armors too. (benefit of ordering from Refr the Tailor boy [:P])

(Notes on chart: Attributes are noted with first letter (S=Strengh etc) except for speed. Melee techs are Unarmed, Two Hand Slash etc. Magic Techs are Spirit, Ice and Nature etc. Example of resistances/Wards are Slash Resistance and Slash Ward. All parts take armor tech and caps take sockets.Tier I-II take 1 tech per part, tier III-IV take 2 per part and tier V take 3.)

Prices on tailor armors are for now:
tier IV: 40s and 60s
tier V: 80s and 100s (for all 13 parts, costumer gets tech resources, dyes and orbs)

On crafting teching: Pads take processing techs (smelting etc), mask take harvesting techs (mining etc), capes take manufactoring techs (tailoring, tinkering etc) and blessings while gloves take all the craft techs and blessings. Satchels/sacks take harvesting techs, blessings and attribute techs.
