Support Tickets?

I was curious, I have three active tickets, 1 in the old Tuluga/AE support site and 2 I have summited throught the new support ticket sytem put in by EI. Which system is PME going to use. I have yet to get a responce on any of them. I have heard alot of people not getting responces to thier tickets as well. Which sytem for support tickets should we use for PME since both are currently up, and it seems niether are being answared?

This is not to be taken as a rant, just a serious issue with the game I cannot/have not recieved any support and need to find a way to contact the right people.

We're supposed to be using the new system.

As of yet, I don't think anyone has gotten any sort of response on any tickets submitted.

what support / ticket system do they want to use in the future?
