What Horizons needs is some new content to keep people interested once they get the multiple-100’s. Here is an idea which might be useful for that.
New Island:
Ethereal Isle: This isle has primarily Tier 6 resources of all types. These resources are guarded by a number of special wisps. The resources are gathered off of creatures (no ground based resources… (Adamantium Golems, Travertine Golems, Also has new confection resource sites (Fruit trees)
New Wisps: Level 100 to 150
Fire Wisp: Does fire damage, can produce fire essence.
Ice Wisp: Does ice damage, can produce ice essence.
Ethereal Wisp: Does ethereal damage, can produce ethereal essence.
Primal Wisp: Does primal damage, can produce primal essence.
Blight Wisp: Does blight damage, can produce blight essence
Nature Wisp: Does nature damage, can produce nature essence
Mind Wisp: Does mind damage, can produce mind essence
Spirit Wisp: Does spirit damage, can produce spirit essence
Blade Wisp: Does slash damage, can produce blade essence
Stone Wisp: Does crush damage, can produce stone essence
Spine Wisp: Does pierce damage, can produce spine essence
Energy Wisp: Does energy damage, can produce energy essence
Living Wisp: Does life damage, can produce life essence
Ancient Wisp:Named mob, does random damage type. Takes multiple groups to kill Drops random weapon/claw that: 100% damage done goes to health 100% damage done is ethereal +100 combat (t&c or weapon type) +100 strength Lv. 100 adv required, attuned once equipped.
New Classes:These classes are each unique to a specific race (only members of that race can choose that class) Each class has formulas unique to that class.
Dryad -Essence Tailor-Uses Wisp essence to create essence armor that gives bonus to the resist and ward based on what essence is used. At 100 gets –50% resource requirment on all tailoring based crafting. Can create T6 tailoring.
Gnome -Gadgeteer-Creates new and special gadgets (scuba mask, fireworks that damage enemies, gadget weapons). Can create T6 cargo gear and disks. The fireworks that damage enemies use wisp essence in their creation. At 100 gets –50% resource requirement on all tinkering
Half-Giant -Elite Armorer-Creates new armor that gives bonus to resist and ward based on what essence is used. At 100 gets –50% resource requirement on all armor crafting. Can create T6 armor. Can create spiked shields that act as a permanent “thorns” that does damage type based on the type of essence used in their creation.
Dwarven -Elite Weaponsmith-Creates new weapons that do damage based on type of essence used in their creation. Can create weapons that “proc” when hit (like blight weapons casting spells 5% of time) These weapons would utilize a spell formula in their creation.At 100 gets –50% resource requirements on all weaponcrafting.
Saris -Five Star Chef-Creates new types of foods. Can purify unstable essence of blight to make essence of blight. At 100 gets -50% resource requirement on all confectioning.Can create Klava.
Sslik -Prestigious Alchemist-Creates new types of alchemy (waterbreathing potion, flying potion, T6 potions) At 100 gets –50% resource requirement on all alchemy. Can create bomb potions (can be used against mobs does damage based on type of essence used in its construction)
Satyr -Perfect Harvester-Gets a bonus to any harvest type (mine, quarry, woodworking, etc.) based on Perfect Harvester level (+level%). Gets a reduction in consignment cost based on Perfect Harvester level (-level% to charge by consigner). Gets an increased sale bonus at pawnshop based on Perfect Harvester level (+level% cash paid by pawn)
Human -Perfect Architect-Only one who can build new buildings (defensive tower, healing shrine, chaos shrine, spellweaver’s booth). At 100 gets –50% resource requirement for all construction types. Only class that can use the “construction cart” which holds 25000 weight and costs nothing to go through portals.
Fiend -Elite Jeweler-Can create T6 Jewelry. New Jewelry formulas for T1-5. At 100 has –50% resource requirement for all jewelry crafting. Can create crystals and cogs
Dragon Helian -Spellwright-Can create T6 spells which utilize special essence orbs and radiant essence orbs both. New spells in all tiers from T1 to T5 that only the Spellwright can create.At 100 gets 50% reduction in resource requirement for all spellcrafting.
Dragon Lunus -Scalecrafter-Can create T6 scales and claws. Can also create scales that give bonus resist and ward based on essence type used. At 100 gets 50% reduction in all resource requirements for all scalecrafting. Can create T6 flying cargo disk (level 100 that holds 20,000 bulk and 5 stack). Claws can do base damage dependant on what essence is used in its creation. Other claws can be made to proc specific spells dependant on formula used in its creation.
Dragon -LairMaster-Can create new lair rooms. At 100 gets 50% reduction in all resource requirements for all lairwork. Can not be LairMaster if chose Scalecrafter or Spellwright.

Shouldn’t be purchasable, rather guilds must clear the area and build a shrine to take control. Whoever built the most on it would get the castle.

Water Breathing: (Augmentation and Primal spell type) Duration dependant on level of spell
Aura Spells: (All combat spell types) Aura dependant on spell type it does AoE damage to nearby mobs (Fire, Ice, Primal, Nature, Spirit, Blight, Mind, Holy)
Monster Summoning: (Summoning spell type) Uses a trophy component and summons a monster to fight for you based on the trophy type and spell type. Duration is dependant on focus stat.
Raise Dead: (Blight spell type) Raises a recently killed mob and it fights for you for a certain duration
Elemental TransformationAll combat spell types) Changes damage done to and give immunity to specific spell type.
Instant Escape: (Augmentation spell type) Instantly transports caster to bindpoint, no casttime, no interrupt
Primal Pulse: (Primal spell type) AoE spell around dragon that pulses out very far, hitting all mobs and stunning them for 3 seconds. Does moderate damage based on level of spell.
Breath of fury: (Primal spell type) Buff increases breath weapon damage and reduces breath weapon recycle time by 10% per tier of spell. (+10% dmg –50% recycle at T1 Ã** +60% dmg –60% recycle at T6)
Claws of fury: (Primal spell type) Short duration buff reduces recovery time and increases damage in tooth&claw combat by 10% per tier of the spell. Duration dependant on power stat.
Primal fury: (Primal spell type) Short duration buff reduces recovery time and increases damage in spellcasting by 10% per tier of spell. Duration dependant on power stat
Prime Bolt 6: (Primal spell type) Increased range and damage, reduced recycle Improved Prime Bolt 6: (Primal spell type) Even more damage increase than prime bolt 6, slightly increased recycle. T

Confection Formulas:
Monster Steaks: Uses meat harvested from monsters (only by the 5-Star Chef) Gives bonuses dependant on monster type (Strength for strong monster, dex for fast ones, etc.)
Klava: Gives boost of +20 per Tier to all stats and skills for 5 minute duration. Then there’s a loss of –20 per Tier to same for same duration afterwards.
Distillations: Can make wines, liquors, and beers that increase hp but affects vision when taken in quantity.
Fruit Shortcakes: Fruit shortcakes give bonus to specific non-const. craft skills.
Essence of Blight Cleansing: Cleanses Unstable Essence of Blight to make Essence of Blight.

Alchemical bombs: Bombs that do damage based upon the type of essence used.
Waterbreathing Potion: Allows underwater travel for duration based on level of potion.

Fireworks: Fireworks that can be used as weapon, does damage to enemies based on essence used in its construction.
Scuba Mask: Allows water breathing, worn in place of facemask.
Whistle of Pain: Large AoE aggro for creatures nearby. Good aoe pulling item.

Human Construction Cart: Large cart can only hold base resources and/or construction pieces. Only usable by Human Perfect Architect.
