Thread: Billing snafu

    Thumbs down Billing snafu

    So i just noticed i wasnt getting billed now because i didnt update my payment information. I was getting bill before after they took over. Why couldnt they just keep taking it that way? Now there seems to be no way to sign up for 2 accounts or sign up for multiple months at once. Anybody been able to do either of those two things? Please post here if you have to let me know how. This silence of the owners really is starting to bug me. I hate to be negative, but please....

    I understand that you can update your payment information by contacting PBT direct. Number is under one of the other threads on this subject. Can't help with multiple accounts and I believe that PBT can't do anything on that score either.
