we need a running list of who has what t4/t5 techs and what crafting classes they have

This would allow people to know ahead of time if they could even get an item made. It would also prevent people from being messaged many times in game just to be told "no, I don't have that tech or that school".


For instance :

Gymlie lv 75 armorer
most t1-3 techs and forms
no t4-5 techs or forms
