Fine mithril Maul - 19 bars - HV 1.3k each
Fine mithril battleaxe - 14 bars - HV 1k each
These are the best single-resource items for hoard that I know of. Takes me about 30-40 minutes to make 100 of them.

Bring in the mithril bars and ill make weapons/tools you can hoard for free.
