hi just wondering is there any improvment in horizons

seen as i still have a ticket open for 1 and 1/2 years.... are they ansering /fixing them?

are there still tons of bugs/lag?

Some are being answered/resolved, sorry but a 1.5 year old ticket is prolly pretty far down on hte new owners list.

TONs?? ummm no, some yes, lag HAS been improved a bit from 1.5 years ago, there has been some bad DB lag issues but not as bad as they have been recently.

yes a few still play, not as many as then but the amount on seems to be fairly consistant now.

Yes tickets are being looked at and they are fixing what they can.

If your ticket is 1.5 years old then you might want to resubmit it under the new ticket system as it has been changed.

Game is nowhere near as buggy as it was and the lag is much improved, although we do experience some random slowdowns, the cause of which is unknown, although that too is not as frequent as it was in latter part of last year/early this year.
