Good customer service is a tough job. If they can't take the heat they should get the **** out the fire. If they *do* have the wit and knowledge, they can still come back here and make something great from the games legendary community along with the game itself.
(EDIT: For sure they'd have full support from me, as a member of that community)
This isn't EI's only management task, and they are conspicuous by their absence with Horizons. Big shame really.
