Authentication Servers Down???

My wife is unable to log in and several others from my guild is the same way. She gets to Looking up Character info. after it sets there a couple minutes, it closes out and pops up a window that says unable to connect to the authentication server.

anyone know anything about this?

Silly server... log out one toon to get another and now it wont let me in. Have had more trouble logging into this game in the past two weeks than I did in two years previously. Its getting really ridiculous to have things going wrong constantly. Oh well, guess I will just keep trying and keeping my fingers crossed.
