9/15 deadline for grandfather?

For clarification, my issue is that I do not use either of the email accounts I had when I signed up my two accounts with Horizons back at launch and need to have them converted to one I now use.

I just tried

https://accounts.istaria.com/member.php

And it does not ask me my email at all, just the character name.

I just tried

https://horizons.istaria.com

and it asks me for the user name (optionally the email) and then it works perfectly.

What do you need the email for?

I'm really annoyed now, What will happen to my $ 53.70 special plan that I took advantage of years ago for 6months of play. I'm going to lose that completely since the Horizon site tells me I have no account and if I want another 6months it's roughly $77. Is there any way to get back the $ 53.70 special?

The grandfather special rate is not available on the subscription page any more. I was hoping that Horizons_CS would weigh in on this but he/she seems to possibly be waiting for some of the issues to be resolved on the Paypal end. I know my issue is not resolved and my last communication from Reyem was that the billing dept was looking into the problem.

Amazing how missing one little word can change the meaning of a sentence. What I really meant to say was this "The grandfather special rate is also not available on the subscription page any more.". Fingers working faster than my brain.
