Oh the tower is there...... just very very far down. That is by the Tower of Healing if you want to check it out yourself. Whether or not it is just my computer that is just seeing this I am not sure.

Unless you mean there is a tower in the sky O.o Then I think that would be even weirder to see! (great.....now buildings can fly too! What next? Golems!?!><)
