*Sigh* I used to be loved by many. Gifted from all around would bring me things so I could help them get their "Techniques"

But then the creatures of this world must have robbed the Tazoon bank and now everyone is finding Imperial Bounty Markers. So many in fact they are willing to give ME them.

Then, the Imperial council asked me to stop giving bounty markers for certain items, and those too now are found on the creatures in abundance.
