I think he misunderstood my question, when I said that someone was asking "how come we have not done anything for Unity players" - but I think you all get the idea that it's a priority and they're working on it.

We continue to understand that Unity players are waiting for a time when their characters can be accessed again. This remains a priority for our technical support staff. You have not been forgotten, but at this time we have no more specific news to share than we have already shared.
