We had hamster issues.. one of the servers had a squeaky wheel that was about to go bad. The gnomes were actually quick on it, and brought the server offline and replaced the wheel. The hamsters are much happier now.

You can't blame the hamsters when the squeaky wheel hurts their little ears.
Though a good gnome round of klava from Awdz might be in order for the gnomes keeping things fixed.
