Blacksmith Demand for Large Axes Quest.

When you talk to Sergeant Gaedin in NT the blue link for "Large Axes" dont work, just reports back nil is not online.
You have to close the chat window and greet him again for the quest log to update.

Wishgiver Quest.

Same as above, link to "what is your wish" dont work.
Have to close window and greet again then you can choose your wish.

At the wishgiver you don't have to close the window, you can just greet again.
