    Default Pantomime

I've been offline a few weeks, going to pantomime rehearsals..

we're 3 days away from performance.

The director has NO control over anyone. *I* had to supply a proper backing track for the "Timewarp" as the one that was supplied was the naff disco version that NO ONE could work out where the words went.

SO far we have not managed to get to the end of the second act in ANY rehearsal when we have started at the beginning.

We only got our lighting guy and sound guy talking this last Sunday as they weren't "available" until then.

So far, the only rehearsal where the entire cast is been there was yesterday.

Most of us know all our words - except Prince Charming, who has no voice projection, slurs her words and waves her arms around like an idiot. She has an attention span worse than my nearly 4 yr old son.

And now Cinderella has lost her voice!!!! ARGGHHHH!!! (probably my fault, I had a nasty cough earlier on this week but had to go to rehearsals as I had props to deliver)

    Wish me luck for Friday!

Better yet, break Prince Charming's and Cinderella's legs, take over their parts, and do the show a favor...

Was that my out loud voice? Ignore that suggestion.
