Some how i think that even with the old amount of support at the start of this year they would have been in trouble ansering all new support tickets right now but atleast the problem would have been solved by now

Good news it seems they are working on the issue now as my chars were not showing when i tryed to login

Or it might just be that the server got so overloaded that it just decided to take a break..... but hopefully they are workig on it. [:|]

bypassing the web-based login doesnt work either. still get transport error

after 1 hour... i'm in... for 5 minutes, time to put some bars in cargo disk and see around: in aughundell no NPC, 5-10 max players connected, no gift, no enhance, tryn to speak with someone @ silver leaf inn chat but no one hear me (i think) and i think i can't hear anyone.

now connection lost and transport error at the next login.. still tryin' [N]

At least you guys still have accounts. Mine has been deleted/lost/whatever and I ain't happy about it. Same for my support account, which leaves me grasping for straws trying to contact GN via their external email address. If you've ever tried that before you'll know why I'm not crossing my fingers
