We just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Paypal is having some problems with auto-billing. Accounts that are up for monthly renewal are coming up as canceled because of this, and not automatically renewing as they should. There is a problem with PayPal's auto-rebilling system and they are actively working on a fix. If you have a subscription that is paid through PayPal, it is possible that PayPal's subscription system will cancel that subscription - you won't loose any time you have already paid for, but the system won't automatically rebill you. We automatically send out email at 7 and 3 days before a subscription expires, so if your subscription was improperly canceled, you will receive an email and can choose to use another payment option (such as direct credit card) or use PayPal again. We're very sorry for the trouble and are assisting PayPal in any way possible.

This does not effect customers who have switched over to payment directly from a credit card, only those who still use PayPal.
