i wondered about some pawns around Mithrils Anvil

i have been happy that i found some nice ones

i spoke with them but the told me that im not allowed to trade with them

whom do i need to bribe to get access?

but i dont understand locked Pawns

but maybe the owner have their reasons...

Most likely the player who owns the locked pawnbroker wants to keep the pawn payout as high as possible when pawning for cash. That's hard to do when other players are pawning the same items you are.

but isnt it possible to deactivate the pawn? so it gets refreshed?

No. Once a machine or structure is activated, it cannot be deactivated.

The owner can change the permissions at any time; however, only the owner can make that decision. There isn't a way to "reset" a pawn or consigner so that you can use them. When a pawn or consigner resets to default permissions, it's "Deny All".

if i understood you correct than you cannot deactivate a pawn or consigner? i dont mean to set up permissions

i meant to unplug the vendor ^^
