Unity transfered characters not on list

Hello,

I received the email yesterday at 9.30 pm saying my characters from Unity have been transfered to the servers I requested.

However, only the one I made during a trial (I currently have gifted subscription) is available on the list.

I understand there might be a delay between the transfer and them to appear, but I might also be doing something wrong.

Would realy apreciate if someone told me what to do.

Send a ticket.
I know this have happened before VIRT needs to put the links to your chars on the login page, they might have forgotten.
