It's in the patch notes. Posted two weeks ago, so I understand missing it.

If Gold burst is back on the design table, i assume this will be for 'casters'.
Does this mean Gold strike will become a Tooth & Claw ability instead of the Primal ability it is now?
I do hope so as my primal is way down and my T&C is way up

because the fraction breath attack is now open for all i think that gold burst will be for both too, but with linked timer

Once and for all (I hope) fixed the Valor and Vigilance quest. Reward is now given within the quest itself. Separated quest to be one for dragons, one for bipeds.

I am a lvl 100 Dragon and could not manage to get the quest from the Steward in NT. I talked to all NPCs there, also the Dragons, but they would not give me the quest. Maybe I am too big?

Other, lower lvl Chars where able to obtain the quest, this was on Order.
