    Being 50 doesn't really mean you'll have a more active role. Unless you wait until 70/80 there's really no way you'll be doing it solo. I had one dragon help me all 3 times I've done the ROP (as in just one, not a whole group). My most recent run I soloed much of it with another hatchling my same level (started at 30, finished at 41) and completely soloed shadowdragon.

    It's not really a matter of involvement. It's a matter of the "lore" of the scales. Now.. what that is, and why people think it's important? I have no idea.

    I've even heard people say they will NOT (absolutely not) help hatchies with their ROP if they're under a certain level. Which is interesting because, as I just mentioned, if you're under 60 you're basically just as involved as when you're 30.
