The Guild Town of Mundi on Chaos Shard is now officially for sale!
Beautiful Mundi is located on a hill over looking Ambato and is about a 15 sec run from port/pad to all plots. The main plot is a nice sized 70x50 and will be sold with guild house intact so all plots will be unlocked. The town itself currently has 9 sub-plots set to be resized. 2 more sub-plots have already been resized and are 60x30 each. It also boasts a beautiful lair to house your most particular dragon.
The beautiful neighboring town of Ambato is friendly and welcoming with a vault keeper, t5 PB and all shops (many of which are expert). So you'll have no worries with getting your new home and guild mates set up. Between easy port in and out, shops, vault and PB, you will find all the amenities needed for building your perfect new home.
In order to give all those interested in this prime property, it will be sold on an open auction. Bids may be placed here or given to Blacknite or Ssarek in game. Updates will be made here as to the current high bid (bid amount only, not bidder) or you may ask Blacknite or Ssarek at anytime in game about the current high bid.
Bids placed in game will have the time noted so that if like bids are placed in game and here on the forum the first bidder will take precedent. In order to give anyone interested plenty of time, bids will be accepted until 5PM est Tues, July 8th.
Minimum starting bid will be 15g for this prime piece of real estate.
