Abandon your fear turn and face him, Don't give an inch. Now advance Never stop If you retreat you will age Be afraid and you'll die NOW SHOUT OUT YOUR NAME !!!

I have them listed in a way, on my Map Marker, with positions, Lv, HP, race.
Its always been very useful as many are part of quests.

Same with me, Image... those I happen to run into, anyways. Name, health, and level. Though usually I don't need to worry about location because I tend to have a good memory. I just leave map markers for the heck of it.
