Images on sigs

I just opened a screenshot in Paint Shop Pro, used the selection tool to cut out a banner sized piece of it, pasted it as a new image and added text. Simple, but I like it

Ok cool, thanks, one more thing, where do i get paintshop pro? lol XD I think the best I have is the basic paint program that comes with windows...
