Yes, what's it mean? TELL ME!!
And, yes. To a biped, a dragon would indeed seem to have a fat bottom. But other dragons who are approximately in the same size range will be able to distinguish those who set their girth meters all the way up at character creationfrom those who put them all the way down. In fact, if you stare at a dragon's bottom long enough, you too, little biped, may see that some are actually rather slim as their skeletal structure will allow. But do be careful while staring at dragon bottoms; some are sensitive to onlookers, and I've even heard of one dragon who hypnotized herself whilst looking at her own.
