Please submit a support ticket with the details of your issue. Customer service should be able to help you get credit for any payments you've made.

I had that twice in the past.
Found out that sometimes it needs about 6h or so, before it works again.
It happened on the days, the payment was due (though I pay with cc).

It still hasent been fixed My CC has the charge on pending for the charge has been for allmost a week.

You do not want the matters of you credit card discussed on a public forum do you?
Have you submited a ticket? It's the only way devs can talk to you regarding this matter and the personal issue of accounts. They cannot help you on these forums.
