On 12/30/08 at 16:14:17, according to client logs, I achieved 1604 Smelting skill and made 25 Adamantium bars.

Yeah I'm interested in how you got the strength so high. Lots of Blighted gear with +150 str - 150 dex ?

Hmm - If 1604 is enough for Dragon shop (bonus 90) then 1619 would do in an expert biped shop (bonus 75).

With the addition of a Chocolate Spider and a T6 Dragon smelter, you could potentially add even more to Smelting.

With the right setup, it is completely possible to get 1600+ Smelting with a level 1 craft school.

So with a dragon shop you'd have 1625... that's pretty incredible. XD Anyone know the absolute cap for a dragon in smelting?

In place of a crystal, I could use a T6 Dragon smelter or Chocolate spiders. I believe that Lycanthrope Salve would add +4.

Once I start hitting 1600 for purposes of real smelting, I'll have bulk Adamantium and Mithril ready. The use of a T4 o T5 crystal will be well worth the gain.

A Dragon's smelting is going to be a lot less due to less equipment spaces. You really don't have all the +100 Strength gains after using Smelting V on all your scales.

1400 is fairly easy to get on a dragon, that gets you to 3:2 on the adamantium.. it does require the t6 smelter to easily get there though. I have a set of scales on the drawing board I wanted to mess around with, however I really dont see me making +197 points of smelting out of str and power no matter how I work it. I have planned to try it on blight anyways.. and maybe fiddle witht he stone and essence scales too. Really would love to squeek out 3 to 1 on bricks and orbs but that's a heck of a stretch!

Want to find more t6 str power dex and focus I think crystals to test though.

Galem i gotta say i really enjoy your breakdowns of your achievements. Couple questions though, i see +25 beside Mithril necklace, i see youve got rings listed as teched smelting...is that plus 25 for a complete set of strength jewelry or are rings and earring not strength. Also im not sure, i see your cape has blessing on it can it not take strength tech along side that or are stats not on capes.

The Mithril Strength Necklace is the basic +25 Str with Smelting V. Now that I think about it, I'm not sure if I had it socketed for another +65 Str crystal.

The rings are Mithril Strength Rings. That's likely some of the numbers that I missed in my calculations.

The cape has Miner's Blessing and Str V tech. See the line " + 125 Strength V tech (Helm, Cape, Belt, Greaves, Tongs)" You likely just missed it in all the clutter.

I started to do the breakdown per piece at one point, but shied away from that.
