    Default World and Plot Issues

    Please use this thread to report any problems with either a place in a community or a specific plot/lair that you find when the servers come back up after this week's patch.

    The easiest format for me to follow is:

    Community Name; specific location; problem description (not in bold, but I made it bold here so people can see the format at a glance easier).

    Plot ID numbers do not help because they are different for each server.

    Please submit a support ticket rather than posting here if the problem you discover has to do with something that is specific to just your plot such as ownership, buildings not accessible, things like that.

    This thread is ONLY for things that would effect all three servers.

    Thank you in advance to everyone who finds a bug and reports it.

    Maybe me first (hehe) would be a first...

    Noticed the "For Sale" Flags on resized plots are located where the plot markers used to be and not where it is now. (Wolf's Paw, southern most plot along the road). (Did a relog with another world cache cleaning...this seems to be fixed)

    Please try clearing your world cache and see if that moves the flags.

    For the sake of repeating myself, these are the issues I'd found in Cedar's Cove, as reported on Blight. I've noted too many of them still as issues on Order shard now.

    General Note: Changing ground color textures is not something that will be changed right now. Noted, yes, but not changed.

    Cedar's Cove:
    14880/15608. Southwestern corner of plot seems to slope towards the southwest. Not sure if it's inside the plot boundary or not. Ground graphic on the east side is green, not brown. Topographic hole at 14880/15612 in the plot.
    Fixed

    14930/15665. Ground graphic on east side is green, not brown.

    14814/15652. Northeast corner at 14794/15671 is not flat. It is raised.

    14872/15683. Southeast corner has hole at location 14892/15664. Green ground along eastern side of plot.
    Fixed hole

    14993/15678. Plot demarcation lines look east of ground graphic by 2 steps. North south is good.
    Not entirely sure what this means, so not sure how to fix it. I looked at the area and thought "huh?"

    14995/15630. Northeast corner is sloped toward northeast at location 15023/15653.
    Fixed

    15052/15620. Eastern section of plot is sheer cliff. Request dwarves shore up cliff face and back fill.
    Fixed, but dragons work much better than dwarves in cases like these.

    15058/15687. Southeast corner slopes to east at 15077/15663. Ground graphic incongruent with plot demarcation.

    15121/15680. Northeast corner slopes to east at 15146/25709. Ground graphic incongruent with plot demarcation.

    15112/15600. Northeast corner slopes to the northeast at 15132/15623. No ramp to get from this plot back to the heart of Cedar's Cove without falling north and going around another plot. Plenty of space. Recommend a ramp be filled in using eastern slop at 15089/15540. Also, this plot looks like it could be further resized to the south, with ramp instead at 15124/15516.

    15054/15561. Ground graphic is incongruent with plot demarcation on east side.

    14905/15467. Northwest corner slopes slightly northwest at 14878/15485.

    14819/15473. Northwest corner slopes north at 14792/15500.
    Fixed

    14832/15396. Southeast corner falls off cliff at 14852/15371.
    Fixed

    14866/15338. Plot has slopes on eastern edge at 14888/15361 and 14889/15351.
    Fixed

    14928/15406. Plot marker is in center of plot at 14924/15395. V cut in eastern plot edge at 14948/15384. Requesting fill. Slight slope to northeast in northeast corner at 14948/15435.

    14996/15390. Ground graphic incongruent with plot line demarcation on eastern side.

    15098/15422. Ground in northeast corner sloping northeast at 15117/15441.

    15160/15444. Request that runaway scoop shovel be brought to 15134/15414 to remove boulder confounding the southeast corner of this plot.
    Fixed

    15217/15337. Ground graphic incongruent with plot demarcation in southeast and southwest corners.

    15154/15361. Ground slopes to east at 15714/15344 and continues to affect eastern edge of plot to 15174/15371.
    Location 15714/15344 took me to the middle of the water. Couldn't find anything wrong with plot near other points.

    Slope allowing acces to Cedar's Cove south at 14956/15402 has been disrupted. It is now too steep to climb.

    14962/15326. Southeast corner slopes southeast at 14981/15305. Eastern edge is vertically sloped up and down and needs flattened. Northeast corner needs flattened at 14982/15348. Northwest corner slopes northwest at 14943/15348.
    Either fixed earlier, or I'm not seeing it..... looks ok to me and to the world tools.

    Garnet Bay:
    14503/15047: Eastern edge and both southern corners slump. Request shoring up of cliffs. May cause a problem to climb up to the plot.

    14451/15025: Southeastern corner has a rise that needs flattening.

    14264/15078: Southeastern corner has a rise that needs flattening.

    14517/14657: Western section of plot appears to have been crumpled. A near-linear kink line runs north-south inside the plot and shows up on the edges. Southern crumple is more pronounced as it's the beginning of falling off the cliff.

    14611/14852: Northern edge is 6 meters overlapping road encircling pad. Moving south may also require movement of the well and sandpile, along with reshaping the hill bulge.

    14566/15012: Northeast corner has a rise that needs flattening.

    At a Bristigo plot (22186/22501) right at the edge of the cliff there is a dip in the ground (dip location 22204/22508). That edge doesn't seem quite level either, especially the eastern side of the plot where it's super close to the edge of the cliff.

    Shepherd's Home plots shrank.

    Most of them were 91x91 and they're now 90x90 and 1 went from 91x91 to 90x75.

    Shepherd's Home, 23201, 16924, 91x91 shrank to 90x90
    Shepherd's Home, 22837, 16991, 91x91 shrank to 90x90
    Shepherd's Home, 22994, 17120, 91x91 shrank to 90x75

    guild plots in Sem that were condemned and for sale, now are for sale but with no sale flag, and you can't purchase them.

    Also, the Sem sandpile and water well are gone! i think read somewhere that there is a process for getting them replaced, but i'm not sure how to petition for it.

    This thread is for reporting of actual world errors, not a discussion of resizing, other bugs related to plots, etc.

    Saritova, 26652,15777, big huge dip running through the plot to about 26651,15762

    Saritova (same plot), 26658, 15813, NE corner of plot dips toward the canal

    Saritova, 26698,15699, N corner of plot looks as though the very corner dips towards the canal

    Saritova, 26534,15591, SW corner appears to have a slight dip down

    Fixed, or no dips that I can detect

    Two observations I made on Order:

    Mia's Edge, plot at 27900/19750 doesn't seem to have a plot marker.

    It's there. Loc 27901, 19795

    Brandon's Shelf: Several plots, two of which are condemned, do not show a price.
    They have a price, working on figuring out why it isn't displaying properly. In the mean time, please send cookies (peanut butter preferred) to Velea at Istaria Developers Need Food. org for further information on how you too can own your own plot in Brandon's Shelf. )

    On Order, Northern Dalimond Ridge, at 23307/23209. It seems the plot there was deleted, but the incompleted structures are still there. Maybe a WM will go there and nuke the structures.

    Plot demarcation lines. Those wonderful lines showing you the edge of where the plot is when the plot window is opened at the plot marker. The lines are still visible when the plot window is minimized. On this plot, the position of them is towards the east of the ground graphic, unless I missed something. By moving the plot border (demarcation lines) back to the west by about two steps, they'd fit with the ground graphic brown as well as miss the little dip at 15018/15680 in the eastern side (right before falling off the cliff). The lines are good for the northern and southern borders.

    This sort of thing would probably fit along the same lines as the ground coloring in some books. It could be just as easy to move the brown to the east and closer to the cliff instead of moving the plot lines to the west.

    15115/14999 and 15070/14999 overlap each other on their common border.

    15022/14999 Western edge ground graphics are green, not brown. Interesting that there's an edge from a deleted plot still there where this plot ends on the west side. Southern edge is on the road (and half the plot marker as well).

    15070/14999 Southern edge is on the road (and half the plot marker as well).

    15515/14999 Southern edge is on the road (and half the plot marker as well).

    15172/14999 Southern edge is on the road (and the whole plot marker is inside the plot line, this time).

    I'm wondering if this will be a common theme for the northern line of Genevia plots (it is, I checked). Could the northern line of plots themselves all be shifted north by 1.5 meters and the plot markers by, say, 0.5 meters so there's road clearance as well as plot clearance?

    Not at this time, no. This can't be fixed right now, but I'll mark it down as something to be fixed as soon as possible.

    15219/14902 Eastern edge is on the road. Western edge has a hill interfering at 15194/14895.

    15471/15002 Southeastern corner slopes southeast at 15496/14978. May be fixed by moving plot north (see above) or getting a few shovelsful of dirt in the area.

    15498/14795 Plot demarcation lines are just over plot marker. Eastern edge also overlaps the road. Simple solution (hopefully) would be to move the demarcation lines west a meter and north 1/2 meter.

    15418/14795 Plot marker inside the plot.
    Plot markers are supposed to be inside the plot, things break and get ugly otherwise

    15496/14606 Plot marker top edge is inside the plot.

    15475/14537 Small dip at 15487/14505. Plot marker is well inside southern edge.
    Guess I fixed it, not seeing a dip

    15344/14514 Plot marker inside plot. Southeast corner slopes southeast. Southwest corner drops off into the water.

    15357/14607 Northwest corner shows a skew problem from square, causing it to overlap the road. This is particularly visible on Order shard since Qurra was nice enough to put in a hedge row a while back.

    15294/14607 Eastern edge overlaps the road.

    15040/14677 Plot marker is halfway into the plot on southern edge.

    15043/14541 Western edge is green.

    15105/14504 Does the plot marker not like the plot? It's fairly far away from the plot in comparison (as well as being in the road itself).

    haha.. don't think I'd call two meters "fairly far away", C'gan, but I did move it anyway just so rumors that the plot and it's marker aren't headed for divorce court. Never can tell what those tabloids might pick up on.

    Everything else is fixed.

    In Sanctuary Bay, one of the old small plots is completely overlapped and covered by one of the new ones.

    I've got to have a location for this, please.

    The second lair (the one behind the lair nearest the portal) is condemned but there is no cash value for it, nor is it for sale.

    Dalimond main city plots:

    the old "plot marker" is still visible on the right plot as you are facing the exit of the city gate/arch.

    Dalimond (By the road near the wolves just past the first dirt road)

    There is a lair just outside of Dalimond's southern gate as you head to Shadow Spire to the left of the road. Unless it's a new world project we didn't know about... the lair is not condemned, has no owner or cash value to purchase it, and has a tier 1 helian hall under construction in it.

    I've got to have locations for these things, please.
