The post talks about having characters on flat ground, etc. Does that mean we can't get flying dragons on our merchandise? Also, are poses from emotes acceptable?

Dragons in flight are fine, so are emotes, etc. The important part is that your image needs to be as large and as clear as possible.

(ok, so it was Gnomekindle, but it's a Santa suit by any other name, and looks so comfortable - besides, "Gnomes, not just for Gnomekindle" doesn't sound quite right)

mmm, actually it makes me think "gnomes, not just for kindling".. which really ISN'T right, unless you're a dragon.
