Hello everyone! New to the game, and thought I'd say hello.

Originally heard of Istaria through reading mmorpg.com's forums on it, heard a lot of complaints but when I went to the website it looked pretty interesting (plus you can play a dragon! hehe) so I downloaded the trial.

Played the trial all day today! I'm having a blast. The community is so nice from what I've seen, and the roleplay is lots of fun (on Order shard, if that's not obvious hehe.)

Anyways, just thought I'd throw out a hello before crawling into bed.

the forums are the best place to get help, just remember to search for info before starting a new thread (believe me, almost everything you can think of has at least 3 threads...) or pm me or anyone for ideas/assistance!

we do have some online resources: stale's wiki - http://istaria.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page - is coming along nicely and there is always the old standby, gamer's info - http://horizons.gamersinfo.net/ - and several peeps have created guides and calculators for the game.
