Arent triple teched vengeance scales bound to the owner now? Or does that only happen if you equip it? If its bind on equip and you've not had it on since coming back then it should go for a few gold

Not sure about on Order but on Chaos i've seen unattuned trip veng sell ffrom anything 50g upwards. Depends if you got any rich guys over their that need one.
