Thread: Question for EU community

  1. #1

    Default Question for EU community

It has been requested that seperate language boards be implemented.

Please indicate your preference here as to you would like to see language boards for German, French and Italian.

Simple yes or no would be good.

    Thanks

There were specific language boards on Tazoon, and if I well remember, there were not really used ... so ... even if I'm not an "english people" [:P] I prefer to have only one board for all Unity's players !

    whatever. do what you like.

although I am native german I remember that the German subforum on Tazoon.com was rarely used.

We have Horizons-Empire.de for german people to inform.

And I bet there are french sites, too.

Basicall it doesn't hurt anyone to make language-specific subforums. the people who like to post and read in there are happy and the ones who don't , well.. they don't have to read in there.

All essential information and discussion will go non in UNity general chat and on the general chat of the main forum.

So, just make those subforums and everyone is content.

I honestly dont give a Rats a ss. But if there were a German, Italian and French board. I would want a Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Belgian, Dutch, Czech etc. etc. Its not fair to discriminate against us small countries, we want what the big guys have and then some. [:P]

I'm Dutch andi also ajust to English for computer games(as a international standard language) I thinkGermans, French and Italian people should do it too.
Or do you plan to make a Turkish forum too when Turkey enters the EU too.

I don't think it's necessary. The German board was nearly empty on the old Tazoon-boards.

    No.
Keep it as one board, but if people want to post in thier native language then let them feel free do to so. (anywayIlike trying to guess the language and seeing the mess that translation web-sites make of the messages! )
