Submitting new quest ideas

Is anyone able to tell me if VI are still accepting quest ideas? I sent one to [email protected] about two weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. Was hoping to get some short feedback like "yes that is on the right track/no please redo and resubmit". Is the email address correct?

It was a series of quests for Storm Disciples, I was hoping to do a set for each Disciple as I believe they have none at all.
