i was is beta, although i have just returned wisely choosingto return after a year with the 7 day trial and pleasantly surprised i didn't have to go out and purchase the (boxed) game unlike star wars galaxies.. so that was a very good move from artifact ent.

I have an account paid til jan 8.
I cant log into the game........
I cant log into the support site to check on the TT submitted for not being able to get into the game

I got a spam email response from support when I emailed them, advising of not being able to log into the support site, and of course the email advised me to.........log into the suppport site.

So am I here? Good question.

The differance is that I can get to the EULA page and have a ticket in on it. I am thinking that as I was blocked on the same day my payment to ipay was made that they are some how responsible. I have been blocked from Oct. 18th.

EU beta tester.

I like alot of the features in HZ but the managment of the company has been dreadfull. The gamenow feels like its getting ready to shut down asfar too much stuff is broken/missing.
With the mountain of work the devs have set themselvs,I feel my little confection business will be overlooked
(we still dont even have all the jouneyman food formulars, pawnbroker prices for some food items just dont make any sence. lots of expert forms for pot n pans, but no forms for food or drink?)


So all in all I'm here untill World Of Warcraft gets a euro release. If they can fix HZs issues maybe ill stay. But its looking more and more doubtful.

Still here but getting more and more fed up as they days pass. Beta was far more fun than this and I'm paying for it now.

I thought this game had real potential and now it is dying. Appaling shame really it is a good game.
