    Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday, and does not get to bad of a Tryptophan overdose. (Ya right I know but it was worth a shot I plan to Munch on a Leg coleslaw biscuits Mountains of stuffing ect
    Face forward and you should be able to hear it now the only thing plugging your ears is your own fear. There is only one enemy and one of you so what is there to be afraid of ? Abandon your fear turn and face him, Don't give an inch. Now advance Never stop If you retreat you will age Be afraid and you'll die NOW SHOUT OUT YOUR NAME !!!

    i am thankful for horizons and that it only took me one reboot to get in this week!!

    Heh. I went to sleep at about 11 last night for a nap and just didn't wake up till 9am this morning. Slept right through my alarm.

    It's actually all the carbohydrates people tend to eat along with the turkey that makes you tired, not the turkey itself.

    I always heard there is a chemical in the turkey that does it my self.

    You would need to eat like 400 turkeys to get enough Tryptophan in your system to affect you at all. It just makes a great scapegoat...err scapeturkey.
