Workaround for the Capacity trainer bug !

ok its very important you follow these steps to the letter...

1: get a quest from any OTHER dragon trainer (and it MUST be from a dragon trainer)

2: Speak to the capacity Trainer in Tazoon, he will react Normally

3: Click on the LEARN link but DO NOT accept his quest yet

4: CANCEL your previous quest

5: now ACCEPT the Capacity Trainer quest

6: enjoy !

I had trouble getting him to give it to me without this workaround for Dimensional Rift I. But I think its all the Capacity trainer's quests that were bugged since Amon said Manga found what was causing the bug and will be on Blight either later this week or early next week.

its for any level really, if the NPC reacts as though you already have a quest when you actually dont, use this workaround
