Selling Lair/plot.
Maybe a newby question, but in a way I am with lairs/plot selling.
When a lair or plot is sold back to community, will the seller be given novians for buildings present or must all buildings/chambers first be remove 1 at the time and recieve novians before selling?

Gallinthus- LvL 100:42:41 - 6.9M - Hatchling
Lohasbrand– LvL 4:3:0 – 1.0M - Hatchling
Sslion- LvL 25 Mage, 25 Warrior, 10 Cleric, 6 Druid, 6 Monk and a few Craft Schools

All structures must be removed manually if you want the Novians. If you just sell the plot back to the community, everything goes *poof*.
