Leaving Seattle, WA for Alaska and will be spending the summer getting my new house built. So I'll be gone at least until the end of summer if not into late fall/early winter.

Better reinforce that roof and have lots of insulation it gets Freaking cold there

I recommend Brick like slump block (in a house that made of it and right now and it dose prity well keeping the heat in and out during the seasons )
