The new customer support website is now live.

A few items of note:

1) If your old support account did not match your game log in, then you will get an "invalid account" message. Accounts were important to match the game account log in information.

2) Tickets from the old system are still being reviewed, but will not be imported into the new system. If you have an outstanding ticket from the old system and which to carry it to the new system, please feel free to open a new ticket in the current customer support system.

For the majority of players, this transition will appear to be fully automatic. But for some who used a different log in for customer support than their game account, for example, there may be a few "glitches". Please accept my thanks for your patience while we work through this transition time.
