While testing the Drain Bolt X quest, I discovered that I couldn't find Chieftain Bulok, no matter how hard I looked. I found his High Soothsayer, Digda, but not the Chieftain himself.

There's a possibility that I didn't look hard enough, of course, or that he spawns in places I'm not aware of, but I'm wondering if he's gotten lost somewhere.

Just thought I'd give a heads up!
