Missing Blighted Equipment

Hey folks, off the top of your heads what blighted equipment is missing? For example, I know Blighted Dragon Claws are missing. But what else?

You mean formulars to craft them or that they drop? Blighted Dragon claws drop but can't be crafted due the lack of the formular.

It's according to what you mean by 'missing' when it comes to Armor and Jewelry. There may be an Expert Blighted Platemail Helm, but not an Expert Blighted Scalemail, Chainmail, or Ringmail Helm. From my experience, there are enough Expert Blighted Armor forms to make almost a full suit, but it will be a mixture of platemail, scalemail, chainmail. I think that the Expert level is missing a form for a blighted belt.

Jewelry is the same way. There are enough forms for a complete set of rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklace. However, they will be a mixed set of the stat types.

I'm not sure if all metal weapon types are covered, but I can look later today or tonight.

Are the armor and jewelry forms as intended, or would you like a list of what I have/don't have?

Maybe comparing it to a non blighted formulas list would give a good idea of what is missing?

Hmm:

I craft quite a bit and have had in recollection 1 request in several thousand for crafting a blighted item. I suppose that is because crafting blighted items is a lottery as to what techs will be on crafted item and only a very few blighted items crafted by a player (at least a biped - can't speak to dragon) can match a teched unblighted item - and necklaces cap/helmet's shields and weapons which can have sockets if unblighted and with today's crystals I see little call for blighted ones. So perhaps which of the blighted forms are not in game might almost be a non-issue...

Begging the question of current availability of the various recharge kit forms (biped that I am aware) I do make recharge kits from time to time but as far as I know the vast majority are to support blighted items received as mob drops - not as biped crafted. In the case of mob drops the techs are visible without the uncertainty in techs on a crafted item,

As another note of possible perspective interest, on Order shard I have monitored the marketplace chat channel for several years. I have noted several requests for Expert Blighted Dragon Scale forms but never a request for a Biped Expert Blighted form of any type.

On Chaos, I've used to ask in Marketplace a lot for blighted biped forms. Also check Brist connie regularly for them.

I have about 300 blighted armor pieces that I've kept out of the thousands I've made. A few pieces are tremendously better than teched pieces. For instance, a Blighted Mithril Armor Ring with +150 Health, +50 Strength, +50 Two Hand Slash. Blighted Mithril Focus Earring +40 Energy Ward, +60 Energy Resis.

If it weren't for all of the +100 Strength items that I have, I wouldn't be able to hit the 1600 Smelting mark.

There are at least 3 other players that I know of who regularly make blighted items. And I've made blighted items for a number of other people.

That is good to hear. I see no such activity on Order shard, but for one thing we have a significantly smaller player population than you have on Chaos. Other than that, maybe we just haven't spent enough time making blighted items and have been simply selecting blighted mob dropped items where they have techs of interest.

As for missing? many i can work on a list and post it for Dragons..i dont really deal with the biped side of things blighted wise. A few exmples are 150 hp,50 T&C 50 Str armor back etc

Rare but some can be extremely nice. getting claws in would be huge as ive often made a few biped weapons that reduce recycle/delay and have some nice effects. especially for players without the better crystals

Shian should be pretty adept at blighted scale crafting but I do know there are a number of them missing. Armor, in paticular and Power most definatly. The only ones I have scribed for her are:
