Launcher Woes

4 SUBS /4 PCS. All sticking at "Looking up Character Stats". When one eventually gets through it's the blue sky scenario. Databases not settled yet possibly. and yes I have deleted world cache.

After reading your post, Awdz, I decided to try logging onto Order, too...which, as you saw, I was able to do. Still won't load Blight, though. *Is confused*. I did delete that blight world cache...

I sent a ticket. Maybe that will scare my recalcitrant launcher into functioning fully!

So and I have the problem again, that the patcher fails to download the
istaria.exe.auc, 0/5xxxKB.
And there are 19 files to download....

same problem for me, launcher goes thru update, says game starts successfully then.....poof, nothing

im hoping its a small error caused by very lasest update and the super powers that be will fix this promptly

Odd...maybe I didn't submit a ticket. I clicked "submit" (or whatever it was) but now it shows I have no tickets when I check my account.

Wicked Tuesday! I give, I'll just go read and check again later (perhaps much later. New Steven Saylor book. *wink*)

Keep in mind, when you write the ticket and click "submit", it'll take you to a page of random problem FAQ. At the bottom of it, you have to click "submit" again for the ticket to be put into the system.

well for some reason i cant get to support sight to submit a tcket about the launcher troubles today, i get some admin error page, so im hoping the devs realize many of us cant log in to blight today after the update, so please look into this b4 im forced to mow the lawn, please save me form this horrible fate!!!

same problems.. stuck at downloading "istaria.auc.exe" 2/40 files.. and I can't submit a ticket because apparently there's a problem with the ticketing system...

yup i get that error trying to get to support sight, i was however able to get all the latest updates, i went to my friends house and used his cable inet and it all updated fine, however once the game starts successfully it just stops and nothing happens

if you are using the desktop launcher, make sure the patcher options are all unchecked........
let it get in without patching and you can go back and patch up once you get in for the first time....

at least that's how it works for me....

tryed unchecking everything, the games still says starts successfully then patcher disappears and the game wont start

No luck for Mighty on Blight either--checking and uncheking boxes no help and Mighty dont do live lol

i did manage to send a ticket in, so thats good. the trouble im having is just like b4 vista went live and i tryed to log into live with vista, the patcher would just stop and not start the game

hehe Mighty, i used to do live but its not the same as it once was, now when i visit there i find myself in strange world .

I was having the same problem. I went to http://bristugo.com/node/943
and downloaded the 383.12 file there. It's an earlier version but at least I can get in and play until they fix the latest one.
