Happening on Order as well. One player tried selling to the community five times and crashed each time. They were able to transfer the property to an alt which crashed as well when it tried to sell it to the community. The property was then transferred to another player completely who crashed attempting to do the same thing.
So transfer directly/setting for sale to another player is working, it's just selling to the community that's broken. The property can thusly not be dropped, and is taking up a plot slot. I believe it was a lair, if that makes any difference.

Yes this is happening to myself as well. Submitted a ticket though so hopefully this will be addressed soon.
