Vagrancy
I’ve been thinking about buying a plot somewhere on Chaos shard. I’ve looked over the map again and again and have the same problem picking a location I always have.
There are a lot of places it would be nice to have a plot for this or that.
I’m not about to buy 10 subs so I can have 10 plots.
I really don’t want to have to build and maintain 10 plots anyway.
I have always thought of a plot as a more or less permanence residence. This has been true for me in the past because I’ve always gotten a larger plot and spent way-too-many hours building it.
Today I noticed, again, the map is full of cheap, smaller plots nobody buys. You can get one almost anywhere you want. It occurred to me I could buy one of these and put up a T1 guild house, tent, beginner shop and few silos in no time at all. When I get bored with it, I can decon everything and move to another one halfway across the world.
Spend winters in the desert, spring at the lake, summers in the mountains and fall by the festival. I won’t have 20silos, 6 shops, 2 houses, library, connie, pawn and all the other stuff I have on my Order plot, but sorting though all of that got to be a bit much. I think I’ll try travelling light and camping across Istaria for awhile. I hear you can do it on 3 silver a day.
