    Default No Skulkar Grulets in Dragon Starting area

    There are only 2 skulkar grulets in dragon starting area and they are very long respawn.

    Did you search further into the area where you saw the first two? Sometimes they spawn pretty far back from the road. If you did then it sounds like the spawn is broke. :\
