Is it possible to recover very old characters?

Now i dont remember what my old login info was, so thats the first issue.

But i have the address where I was living at release.

I also think i remember the email address that i used to create that accout. its one of six.. i think one of two email accounts.

I am just on a demo account at the moment, but if it were possible to reactivate that old account somehow i would sub that one.

Im thinking bout the gifted sub so i can build a plot under the name of one of my old characters..

You would be best to submit a support ticket including as much information as possible so they can verify your account details and track down your old character. From the postings on the forums, there seems to be a very high success rate getting old characters restored.
