Tried 6 times to get into game can't get back in whats wrong?

i get transport error or system authorization error,error id 12 ..authentication server
Cant get back into game, neither though page or regular login

Just a note: Logging in through web page doesn't work anymore. You have to use the launcher.

i had a problem getting in after i installed, the client loaded then crashed because i hadnt told my firewall to let istaria.exe through :S that and i turned dep off for istaria.exe no errors now
