UI modification is done through def files that define the appearance of windows (though functionality is fixed, and up the the client)

For the Target window, you want to look at resources\interface\themes\default\defs\UITargetWi ndow.def

see UIFonts.def for a list of defined propertysets. eg: you might try changing them from "FontTahomaWhite8" to "FontTahomaGold8" or even make your own property sets using existing fonts with your own custom colors.

plaving the resulting defs in the resources_override folder should let the changes overridde the current ones. If not, create a folder resources_override\inerface\themes\cusomtheme and place the UIFont.def there (if you changed it), and make a defs subfolder and place UITargetWindow.def in it.

After that you should see customtheme in your theme selection dropdown, and selecting it should apply your overrides.
